Take your own advice. That game IS CRAP. The game has so many technical problems, it's barely playable for 10 minutes. The game has constant balancing issues, and by far the worst audio for any RPG out now. People who think that TLR was good are completely biased.

That is complete bullshit. I have own the game, it is quite playable. You may not like it and that is fine, but that line I highlighted is a flat out lie. Mass Effect has more technical issues. Mass Effect is one of my favorite games of the generation but that game had some game breaking bugs. It also had frame rate drops. Frame rate drops on a turn based games do not riddle it unplayable. Is it annoying? Certianly but since its turned based, it doens't effect the gameplay.
Maybe I'm a better gamer than I thought because I haven't run into any balancing issues. There was only one enemy that I had an issue with, The Dragon Boss from the Balterossa side quest. And frankly I had no business fighting him with a max party size of nine but with a two unions consisenting of five and four units respectively, I still nearly managed to defeat him. I had his HP critical. It's strategy RPG. Any "balancing" issues is probably due to your lack of strategic planning. A soon as got my upgrade to a max of twelve units, I had three unions of four and the one enemy that gave me trouble fell harder the US stock market over the past year. Hell if you want to make the game easier you can wuss out and let the game automatically do your critical offense and defense for you. I chose not and I don't see these balancing issues.
As for audio, play Baten Kaitos 1 with voice overs turned on and get back me.
@Crazzyman
No, I'd give it a solid 8.5 though. TLR on 360 is about 7.5 so far. It all comes down to the battle system. I have to deduct a point for the technical issues on the 360 version.
