Will Gran Turismo 5 sell over 10 million?

GTAIV is at 5 million and GT on average sold a little more than GTA on the PS2. If it releases end PS3 2009 userbase should be little under 30 million and I think a 30% attach rate is too much for a racing sim.
5 million definitely, but 10 million is not possible imo.
