My answer: I think a 360, because of Live, Netflix, and it would be the cheapest way for me to play the two titles I'm interested in most -- Bioshock & FFXIII. The only thing really pulling me to PS3 at the moment is MGS4.

In no way a 360. The games are good, but the console itself is crap. The Xbox is very loud, scratches DVDs and every third one got broken.
So I would buy a PS3. But to be honest a PC would be a better choice.
