How did this guy convince the authorities that it was HIS 360?
He could very well have stolen the other guy's controller, went back to his dorm, and started playing out this whole shinanigan.
What a clever thief! Kinda an a**hole for getting the other guy (presumably) kicked out of the school for doing nothing wrong. =( AND taking his 360 while making him look like a thief.
That makes you think, doesn't it?
