Despite the love they get on the forums, JRPGs have always been a very small market in the West (which is why so many of them never make it over). Final Fantasy is big here, but it's about the only one. Even Tales of only has one game that did really well in the West (Symphonia). The almighty Dragon Quest is also met with indifference out here.
