I think a lot of peoples brains are messed up. My dad is a very good example. He has been trying to play FPS WW2 games for the last 10 years, but even after all that time he can not get down the concept of walking and looking at the same time.

I started gaming in with the NES, and then the SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, Gamecube, Xbox, 360, and now PS3. My first anologe stick game was Mario 64, and I never had a problem with it. I never even remember being mad at that game due to control issues. Then I played Goldeneye and again, the learning curb for me was what buttons do what? After a glance at the manual I am always ready to go. Even Medal of Honor Frontline on PS2 (my first FPS w/ dual anologe game) I never struggled with the sticks.

So I think Squalliam is right. For most people PS1 and PS2 did suck. Most peoples brains can not understand more than one opperation at a time, and dual sticks gets them all tied up. I think that us gamers that have never had an issue with dual sticks despise th the Wii so much because to us the controls are just gimicy. We have never had an issue with stick or motion, but to us the idea of half ass motion controls is a joke. However, to a person that has strugled with sticks Wii is amazing, and motion is the only way to go.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
