I think a Pokemon MMO is something that many people have wanted for a long time. If they took the basic game mechanics and dropped it into a big, interactive world where you could fight other trainers at any time, that would be the best.
I don't know if Nintendo would release it for the PC, though, so the logistics are tricky.
