You're being too harsh about HD fans, and the blanket statement is pretty unwarranted. Granted that I don't see gaming they way they do, but I honestly feel that much of your post is closer to the line than it needs to be.
And on the topic of DMeisterJ: don't worry about him. Seriously, not worth it.
