I don't get it. What's the problem? Every console has shovelware. The fact that Wii is getting a gazillion shovelware titles is partly why it's so successful. Having a huge software library translates into higher overall sales and more revenue for everyone involved: Nintendo, third parties, retailers, etc.
I see four whole cabinets full of Wii games in those pictures. In my local area, Gamecube used to get ONE of those. Now that's something worth complaining about...
