They sell the games that people buy at that location. If you go to a store like Best Buy, Circuit City, Gamestop or many other stores, you'll see hardcore games there. I'd guess that a higher percentage of Wii game sales are casual games. Although at the Target stores I've been to, I usually saw a reasonable amount of hardcore games too. The other stores I mentioned are better sources for hardcore games though.
I'll come up with something better eventually...
