My guess is that it will be very similar to having 5 followers instead of just one. Although I'll admit, if the followers are super-mutants with gattling lasers (my personal favorite in FO3), this could prove to be an entertaining content patch. Sadly I doubt it since the Nukes fell after the battle of Anchorage and not before....
