I think PS3 price cuts will happen faster than people think. You must remember Blu Ray is not a normal component costwise, it's cost will drop (from very high) much faster than a normal component as economies of scale kick in. |
It's funny how people can just assume that dropping the price is that easy. The PS3 isn't getting another price drop anytime soon. They may come out with new models and drop the older models to the low price of $499 but the PS3 isn't going below that anytime soon at all.
