Not even that you want to know her ... just compliment her and be friendly. It's not a lenghty process - a few weeks.
For me, I will study a woman and find out what her interests are - or create one. Like a former co-worker. Totally smoking and I didn't know how to get next to her. So one day, I just started singing. (I have skillz in singing) I didn't know she was in the break room - and she was like 'Oh, that's sick.' And instead of grabbing her hand, I got this old chick's hand and started wooing her. Awesome move, because she was like 'Why don't you sing to me?' and I was like 'Nah ... I'll sing to her.' Oh ... after that, I did grab her hand and got down on one knee and started humming.
Months later when I left, she was coming to my area once to twice a day, I was in her area at least 3-4 times a day and talking and such. She even let me drive her whip. And she admitted 'Mad, I could talk to you all day long. I never wanna stop.'
I have been married for nearly 7 years, and my game didn't hit until a couple years before I got married. It's about being friendly and a good listener. I tell you - I have had cashiers admit they had major crushes on me - one even put up a newspaper with me on it on her wall.
Not tooting my own horn, but it's so easy to land babes. You just have to understand them some. With that, if a woman is your friend, and no clearcut boundaries on her part, you can have any woman - including lesbians.
