As far as I can tell the 360 has only outsold the Wii in NA 5 weeks since it has launched and all 5 weeks were in Dec of '06. Starting With January and every week since the Wii has outsold the 360 on a week to week basis in NA. As for the others regions there is a similar situation where the Wii has outsold the 360 on a week for week basis since it has launched. In fact never once has the 360 outsold the Wii in a single week in the Others regions. Just for the record this isn't an attack or anything just setting the record straight so people don't get the wrong idea.
