Still, it's better to leave off all online sales and notify people of that being the case than it is to randomly affix +10% to all sales, realizing that number may be way off the mark, causing disingenuous information to be presented to the public.
To simplify, it's better to say "X sales do not include online sales" than it is to say "X sales + random 10% thrown on include some online sales but we really dont' know if it's accurate".
