Both those titles are going to do really well. Wii Music is going to be one of the generation's bigger successes, and LBP is going to be relatively good for a Sony first party title.
By the end of the year, Wii Music will easily beat 2M, and probably 2.5M, 3M seems out of reach though. Over the 5 weeks, I guess we could see ~ 1.5M more, so 2.5M seems the most reasonable bet.
LBP should sell around half of that, if not a little more. Should end slightly shy of 2M.
For sales next year, both those titles could see some good sales. I know this is an overused frase, but wait for when the Ps3 stops selling like crap (compared to the others). LBP could keep this for a while. While it seems horrible to be 26th in your 4th week (Others), it is actually the 6th best selling Ps3 game for the week.
Wii Music might be evergreen, and it should definately see 3M, and almost certainly 4M. Lifetime could exceed 5M, but that isn't as certain.
