I interpret this as EA just moving to the biggest mover of software among the 360/PS3, which is the 360. When the 360 stops selling 2X the amount of software that the PS3 does, then things will be renogotiated. Anyway, this isn't a big loss for Sony at all right now, b/c they have been getting a lot more exclusives coming to them than they have for the last 5-6 months. Things are indeed looking up for Sony, so as with the whole Paramount and blu-ray thing, don't make this count for more than its worth.
