They said after E3 that after the JPN version is finished, it would be released in JPN and localized for NA/EU, after the localized ps3 version is finished they will released both versions SIMOTANEOUSLY. I don't give a shit what anyone says, but to me that sounds like a DELAY for any PS3 owners in NA/EU that really want the game.... this includes me....
