@Killergran: I'm not so sure about the niche... I mean, this game is clearly made the people in mind who enjoy music. Think about how many people like to sing, dance, "jam" by drumming the table, play air guitar etc. Since the game doesn't require you to know how to play any instruments and it gives you a lot freedom to improvise, it may turn out having endless legs.
