I like Dynasty Warriors 6 though I doubt many others here do, and thus I guess you wouldn't like it either.
Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction is pretty good.
GTA IV would otherwise be good but the camera sucks (it tries to follow behind the character and it tries to be free - yes, both of them; it doesn't stay where you'd want it to be yet it's too slow to say behind the character), and so does the shooting system. If you can overcome these problems, there's a good chance you'll love the game, though.
Super Stardust HD (a PSN game) is pretty good. You should try out the demo at least.
Gran Turismo 5: Prologue is pretty good, I've heard. Can't say much myself as I haven't played it.
I guess that's all I can say. I don't really have many games (I only have the ones you have, the others I mentioned I've only played unless I stated otherwise).
