Its not a question of hate ;)
The Mario games are always designed to have little text, minimal (if any) speech - so that its trivial to port them to other territories. This is one of the key reasons I think they are globally appealing.
So apart from marketing materials, it should be easy to generate PAL versions of Galaxy (in any language).

I can appreciate the complexities with porting SPM, Metroid, Brawl and some other titles.
