eBay Black Friday - Wii $100 over MSRP, PS3 selling at a loss

Of course the PS3 is selling at a loss. Ebay is second hand sales. Unless there is a supply shortage then the product is going to go for less because otherwise most consumers will just buy it new from a store. I don't see how it is at all relevant to anything to know that the PS3 is being sold at a loss.
