If I remember correctly ... Halo 3 was a pretty big budget exclusive XBox 360 game; and games like Oblivion and Bioshock were released on the XBox 360 long before they were released on the PS3. In fact, being that the XBox 360 sells dramatically more software than the PS3 it is fair to say that it has a better chance of supporting big budget exclusive games than the PS3 does.
On the other hand, "Big Budget" on the Wii means something that is quite a bit different from what it means on the PS3/XBox 360. Being that development costs on the Wii are similar to previous generation games, developers have claimed they're 1/4 to 1/2 the size of HD games, and the Wii has sold more third party software at a similar point in its life than the PS3 or XBox 360 does even though it has not received the "quality" third party support, I think the Wii would have no problem supporting quite a few "Big Budget" exclusive games.
