If you're talking about PS3 before and after, then yes, full RGB will make a difference.  If you're talking about PS3 vs. 360, then you're wrong.  The 360 doesn't limit those settings by default like the PS3 does.

Regardless, there is no difference in the lighting engines shown in the screenshots for either platform, and you're completely confusing your own point by arguing this whole HDMI RGB issue, which is irrelevant in this case.
