RE5 can get close to Code Veronica (400k) between both the X360 and PS3 versions. It'll be close either way, but it's possible for it to still beat out RE:CV which is the worst selling main-line Resident Evil.
The west is a totally different story. I think it'll be one of the biggest ever made....Will do great on the X360 in North America (where I think that it could sell 2m units alone)

So that's around 3 million PS30 US = around 5 million total sales worldwide? I think that's overly positive. I might be wrong, but RE4 sold 4.3 million on a combined userbase of some 100 million consoles, plus was reviewed amazingly well.

It totaly can do 2 million on 360 in US.
Lost planet sold over 1 million on 360 alone and it had no brandname reckognition, no fanbase, smaler 360 instal base and a prequel that is one of the best games ever made.
