What can be possibly be  more of an accurate score than a percantage? 4/4? no, A+/B-? no, 9/10 ect....... no

people dont say that they feel 3/5 good do they? no , they say they feel 50% good

...I do not know anyone who grades something that way, because it's attaching an absolute value measurement to an abstract idea.

Review scores do not need to be "precise". They are not grades, and are not supposed to be absolute statements of quality.
