I agree with you completely, EvilChronos. I try not to look at the systems themselves but instead try to enjoy the games for what they are, but even then, I am a little bias, as are we all. No escaping this.
Personally, I'd be very interested to read a lengthy paper written by a psych major on the subject on fanboys/girls.
