RETAILER: Is anyone a heavy gamer in your family? PARENT: Yes, my kid is but, I want everyone to enjoy it. RETAILER: Buy a Wii. No criteria except that if it is for everyone buy a Wii... No talk about HD TV, no talk about playing music, no talk that PS3 and 360 have games like Rockband and Guitar Hero. Just if it is for everyone buy a Wii. Meanwhile the only time the conversation goes 360 or PS3 is when the parent says "My kid is a gamer and we are buying it for him only". Retailers favor the Wii they don't shun it. It is "if in doubt buy a Wii". |
I thought they recommended the Wii in this case because the heavy gamer could benefit from playing Wii Fit.
