I wouldn't get excited because of this feature. 480/272 will look extremely ugly on TV...

Indeed very low resolution, even bad when you own a LCD TV or even worse, a full HD TV.

Tales of Eternia is a real must have but it's not turn based, only available in Japan and Europe, and don't know if someone mentioned it but Tales of the World is kind of a pick as well. Jeanne d'Arc a must have and so is Brave Story.
