Well, Sony did demo'ed some stuff at GDC a while back using the PS Eye. It was tracking the player's face and the onscreen perspective adjusts itself to the player's eye.
The result was kinda like the Wiimote hack demo someone did (but that was weirder because he had to put the sensor bar on his forehead and the Wiimote pointing *at* him afaik).
It'll make FPS better. You can peak around using your actual head to get a better aim.
Not that face tracking is new tech. The PS2 was capable of doing that with Antigrav, anyway.
