Just yell at it , jeez people and their problems.
If yelling doesnt work check to see if the ethernet cable is to blame and connect it to your pc. If it works there and not on the 360 the only thing the J man has to say to you is to send it back to MS. If your 1 year warrenty is done and your not willing to spend money on the repairs just yelling at you 360 will make it all better :)
