It will probably end up being one of the lowest selling FF's in Japan, I'm guessing 1.5 million at most. The userbase just isn't there to support sales similar to the 3 PS2 titles.
Square-Enix has no faith in FFXIII moving PS3 hardware, that's why they were forced to port it to the 360.
