and this is a bad thing? honestly who other than Sony fans or owners use Sony's PlayStation site? not that many. And they just recently linked the PSP to the PSN. PSP and PS3 users are using their existing logins.

I'm just saying that those 14 million accounts don't consist solely of ps3 owners, and that they can't be compared directly to XBL.

Your right, Sony is making the PSN way more universally unified which is actually a good thing and lends itself to a stronger brand presence in terms of support.
