nah, the wii will have a fantastic year 2009, maybe its getting worse after that, but nobody can tell. The wii now is hip, and its not because of the games, its because of the wii itself. Wii buyers usually dont buy it for rpg game x or sports game y, they usually are just morons who want to swing with a stick in wii sports or wii fit. Its totally beyond me, but its the way it is. And im not talking about the die hard ninty fans who only want to see some better games on their system, they deserve better...

Casual gaming might be something nice for the devs (although nobody except for nintendo did profit), but it sucks for the average gamer.

 

 I agree with this statement.

Real Nintendo fans are ones who bought Gamecube. Bandwagon jumpers are most of the ones buying the Wii. Most people buying the wii are just buying it to see what all the fuss is about with the motion controls
