Whats with these 360 JRPGS not being polished?

I love infinite undiscovery.. its the only RPG that I've every replayed 3 times..

I hated it at first but 4 hours in the game it starts getting better even though it has shroddy bits..

Its also easy to argue that Mass Effect, Oblivion IV Elder scrolls and Fallout 3 lack polish..
