Not exactly. The 570,000 number you are looking at is only Others sales data which was just recently added.

Thus if we were to combine them we'd have a grand total of 910,000. Welcome to another platinum Wii title by the end of the year.
And just in case anyone cares, DS version for others were also added which puts the DS platinum currently with 1.23 million. Seems like ioi is updating a few others numbers which is always good but never would have expected Ben 10 to sell that well in Europe. Weird eh.
