Blurry scan of MP3 review from Nintendo Power

From what I have read from different sites only two games ever have been given perfect scores by NP, on either scale. Ocarina of Time and RE4. This bodes well, although it does bring up the possibility that there may be some backlash if Galaxy is given 10's as well. We shall see.
