Mind you, I didn't say a price drop would boost the ps3 suddenly beyond a 5.8 mil deficit. I meant that a price drop would be necessary for the ps3 to sustain a WW weekly "win" over 360. As for the long term, I only see sony catching up if they stick with the ps3 while M$ dumps the 360 for a new console but that could cause a deficit next round as well. I'm a gamer not an analyst so I really don't know.
