Capcom is bringing one of their biggest Franchises MH III, to the Wii so they definately not ignoring this platform.
I do think that we will see a Wii RE game later this generation, maybe not a continuation of the main story but they cant just ignore a console that loves RE games (With RE 4 and UC selling extremely well).
