As far as controls, MOH:H2 has more responsive controls. If I would give a number of responsiveness it would be: MOHH2 95, COD WAW 90.
Also as I have said before, I have COD 4 for the PC. COD4 and 5 have the same engine so gameplay is similar. I decided to go with COD WAW on Wii cause I got a big TV and love IR controls. As radioioRobert said, I cant go back to Dual Analog sticks for FPS's.
