I think that Gears 2 sales on vgchartz are a bit too high.
After good 250k start in UK sales and positions from mainland Europe seems rather dissapointing.
In second biggest market (France) Gears 2 debuted only on 3rd place, in 3rd biggest (Germany) it didn't sell at all and started rather modest in 5th biggest market (Italy) with around 40k sales (Halo 3 debutet with 37k for comparision). Spain is yet to be posted.
In smaller markets Gears seems to sell a bit better with 1st place in Australia, Sweden, Norway and Ireland but with lower places in Denmark and Netherlands (either week 45 and 46).
Personally I would put Gears 2 a bit below 0.5 mln for PAL region. I won't be surprised if numbers will be adjusted down for it. LBP may be ajusted down also.
