To me the story went that way, you go in that laboratory, you think you'll finally know where the locust are from, you play on the edge waiting, then they tell you that it might be your fault that the locust got pissed or the humans did something terrible to them, you continue-on playing thinking that the answer will come a little later, then you see those infected locust(just like in Halo) that they are fighting against, you think hey were do these guys come from, thinking your going to know where they come from you continue on playing, then you see the queen that looks like a human female, that interesting but doesn't answer any questions, you have to sink the city to destroy the infected locust you continue on playing beat the game and then you still don't know what the hell is going on or whats happening.......
Still the game was awsome but the story is kinda weird and doesn't tell you anything except put on the edge to keep you interested in the game, without any answers.

1. Gears of War 2. MGS4 3. Killzone 2 4. Halo 3(Underated by many) 5. Mass Effect
