It should be able to because it's doubtful anything other than the Wii will be able to outsell any other console by more than a milllion this holiday season. What would need to happen is 360 really take off in America and outsell it by 300,000 in November and 600,000 in December. Thus closing the gap to 100,000 which it would need to make up in Europe/Other.
Ideally it's possibly but not probable. Although 360 might be able to close the game a lot if PS3 doesn't pick up in America.
