Nintendo shoulnd't sue them. Everyone that buys this will know its a knocked down cheap ass version of the wii, but there will be a lot of parents who will barely be able to buy their kids any christmas presents this year. I feel sad even thinking about it.
Nintendo will hardly lose any customers from this ... the price difference is so large that the only reason they would buy this over the wii is the fact they can't afford the wii.
Its all very well saying "well if they can't afford it then tough" .. thats not what you say to little kids on christmas day.
