It's pretty consistent if you think about it. Ask yourselves, why are these suits popping up so frequently, though seemingly weeks to months apart?
I think the answer lies in that they all filed their complaints, but the courts are just now getting to them. I'd imagine the courts for patents are jammed full at this day and age.
Wouldn't this make sense, though? Who in their right mind would say "Oh, hey, they're making money of that there Wii thing... We should sue them to get money!" two years after the fact? That doesn't make sense to me.
