I've been checking Nintendo channel for Spain and Scandinavia, and it is at 37 and 30something there. For some other proof,

http://kotaku.com/5018904/nintendo-channel-reveals-hard-truths-about-wii-play-boom-blox-more says 28 hours, but it is a few months old (June).

For Wii Play, the number isn't 15 hours (I checked), but 12 hours for Scandinavia.
