no that guy at the end of the first trailer with the long hair isn't the Dragon Knight.
The Dragon Knight is that Black Nobleman with dreadlock who's wearing all read. If you want proof rewatch the frst Cinematc trailer and when you see a close up of him you see the Dragon Knight in the Background.
