The 2.8 rating is from Sony fanboys no doubt.
The PC version has like a 9.8 user rating I believe.
And I highly recommend the PC version since there will be tons of custom stuff.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
