Why is Square Enix making exclusives/timed exclusives for Xbox 360 only?

THe indodude asks you this, why doesn't Enix release IUD,SO4 on the PS3? And TLR doesn't even have an announced PS3 release date yet.

 

 Look how long it is taking for ff13 to come out. The J man believes it was announced at e3 05 .
