I hate this thread and all who say "360 exclusive."
Valve is primarily a PC developer, though their 360 port of Left 4 Dead is excellent I'm sure, it's still a port, and PC is still L4D's primary platform.
At the very least, it's a "PC and 360 exclusive," not a 360 exclusive.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
